How a traction device works

An extender is worn on the flaccid penis: a base ring and two adjustable rods keep it under gentle, constant tension for a set time each day. It is not a sex toy and is not used during sex.

How to use it

4. Remove it at any pain, numbness or change in colour of the skin.
