Bathmate HydroXtreme8 Water-Based Penis Pump with Hand Pump

The Bathmate HydroXtreme8 is the larger size of the HydroXtreme, designed for users between 6 and 8 inches, with a handball pump for pressure control.

Water instead of air

A water-based pump uses warm water in the cylinder instead of air. Pressure is more even and the water keeps the skin comfortable. It is used in the shower or bath.

Choosing the size

The 8 size is made for 6-8 inches (about 15-20 cm). If you are below this range, the 7 size models fit better.

Handball pump

Squeeze the handball to adjust the pressure step by step.

How to use it

1. Read the Bathmate manual before the first use.
2. Fill the cylinder with warm water, in the bath or shower.
3. Insert the penis and press the pump against the body to create a seal.
4. Pump gently and stop at any discomfort: pressure should never hurt.
5. Release the pressure with the valve before removing it.
6. Rinse and let it dry after use.
