Fantasy X-Tensions Perfetta 1 Penis Extension

The Perfetta 1 is a penis extension sleeve from Pipedream's Fantasy X-Tensions range. It slides over the penis and adds length during sex.

How it works

The closed tip adds length beyond your own. The sensation changes for the partner, while you keep control of the movement.

How to use it

1. Use a water-based lubricant, inside and outside.
2. Roll or slide it on slowly.
3. Check with your partner that the size feels good.
4. After use, wash with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, then let it dry.
