Jes-Extender Gold Standard Penis Extender

The Jes-Extender Gold Standard is the most complete version of the Jes-Extender traction device.

How a traction device works

An extender is worn on the flaccid penis: a base ring and two adjustable rods keep it under gentle, constant tension for a set time each day. It is not a sex toy and is not used during sex.

How to use it

1. Read the full manual before the first use.
2. Put it on with the penis flaccid.
3. Start with low tension and short sessions, as the manual describes.
4. Remove it at any pain, numbness or change in colour of the skin.
5. If you have a medical condition or have had surgery, ask your doctor before use.
