Putting them on
Start with clean, dry legs, and keep your toenails short and filed: a sharp nail can tear latex. A very light dusting of talc, or a little silicone-based product, helps the stocking slide on. Gather the stocking in your hands, slip your foot in, then roll it up the leg gradually, a bit at a time, smoothing out wrinkles as you go. Never tug it by the top band.
Care
Wash with lukewarm water and a little mild, pH-neutral soap, rinse well and dry completely before storing in a cool place away from sunlight.
