Minimal, adjustable nipple clamps with a clean ring design. The stainless steel O-ring sits around the nipple and four screws with round heads close towards it: a few turns for a light hold, more for a firm squeeze. No piercing needed.

Sold as a pair: you receive two O-ring clamps, one for each nipple.

Why screw clamps are easier to start with

Spring clamps have a single, fixed pressure and release it all at once. With screws you set the intensity yourself and can loosen them one turn at a time at the end, which makes removal gentler. More in why nipple clamps hurt more when you take them off.

How to use them

  1. Open the screws so the ring slides easily over the nipple.
  2. Tighten the four screws evenly, a little at a time.
  3. Keep the first sessions short and remove them at once if the nipple turns white or blue or goes numb.
  4. To take them off, loosen the screws gradually instead of pulling.
