With screws you choose the intensity yourself, and at the end you can loosen them one turn at a time, which makes taking them off much gentler. How to use them

1. Open the screws so the ring slides easily over the nipple.
2. Tighten the four screws evenly, a little at a time, until the grip feels right.
3. Keep the first sessions short and remove them at once if the nipple turns white or blue or goes numb.
4. To take them off, loosen the screws gradually instead of pulling.
